(More customer reviews)This goes in the "if it's too good to be true, it's probably not true" category.I needed a set of king size sheets so I took a gamble on these figuring that if they are really organic, they certainly aren't 600 thread count.Thread count is one of those tricky things.Wisegeek says "Thread count refers to the number of threads, both vertical and horizontal, in a one-inch square of fabric. Thread count is affected by a number of factors, including ply and thickness of the threads used. The ply of the fabric refers to how many threads are wrapped together into a single thread. Single-ply fabrics use threads on their own, while two-ply fabrics twist two pieces together into a stronger thread, as well as doubling the thread count of the fabric."
This box conveniently declines to make any comment on the ply of these sheets.This is an obvious case of twisting the threads together and doubling the thread count.These sheets are 300 thread count, and cheaply made.You get what you pay for.If they're organic, they're still a pretty good deal, just not as comfy cosy.

Fit well, colors are well-suited for the rest of my bedding, no complaints on appearance.
After one month's use, three washes, the sheets are softening more still.
They're comfortable to sleep on, not too hot, not too scratchy, etc.
I'll buy again.

"1200 thread count" I cant speak to how soft they should be, this is my first pair, but I have owned 400 and 800 and they are much softer then these. Even after a few washes I think I like my previous sheets slightly better. Also the "Olympic Queen" sizing is ok, top sheet should be wider then it is. Very little fabric left to tuck in on the sides.

I came accross this one, and it sounded like a great deal and really nice quality... When it arrived (nice packaging and timely delivery) I immediately put it on my duvet. The fabric has a nice semi-sheen to it (not a satin-y sheen). It is very soft and smooth and comfortable...I am in love with it already!!!! Also, it was very easy to put onto the duvet itself. It slid right on and has a nice roomy fit to it..... Because of how impressed I was, I went back nd ordered a sheet set as well, which I am also in love with! Let's just say, my bed is now my favorite place in the house now!!!!!
